Heather is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of HeartSprings Counseling, serving children, teens, couples, and families in central Arkansas.

Her clinical work includes supporting cleints with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational concerns. She utilizes a trauma-informed approach and incorporates evidence-based methods such as EMDR when appropriate.

In her work with couples, Heather integrates principles from the Gottman Method (Level 1 training) to support improved communication, conflict management, and relationship stability.

Her approach is thoughtful, structured, and tailored to each client's unique needs.
